SECTION I : GENERAL

Question 1 How do I join?

Question 3 How long does it take for me to get accepted as a member of the club?
This varies. It depends on when we sign in to the club. But generally, soon as we get the note, we accept you.

Question 4 Are anthro vampires allowed?
Yes as long as the vampire nature of them is obvious in the art & it`s got some affiliation with the anime style. Long as it`s anime, it`s fine.

Question 5 What time zone are we using for the club?
Eastern Standard time zone. The dates are in US form.

Question 6 What is the auctions page for?
These are things that are in some way related to vampires that are being sold. Unfortunately at this time, only the club owner can post auctions. Perhaps later on this will change.

Question 7 I noted my application to you & you said I was added. But I`m not in your members list.
Let us know immediately & we`ll fix it.

Question 8 What is your definition of finished work?
Finished work are artworks that you have completed. You will be no longer be making changes to them or anything. These can be in colour or black & white, sketched, or inked. Finished work can come in all forms. The main thing is that it`s completed.

Question 9 How are the artwork, polls, forums & everything listed?
First, for everything except the polls, these things are listed alphabetically by the name of the person who made them. Then under those, the newest is on the top while the oldest is on the bottom.

Question 10 How do I know when the stuff was submitted/made?
Each section will have the date by them.




SECTION II : PROBLEMS

Question 1 Why wasn`t my art submission faved?
Deviantart rules prevent us from doing this, it`s against the rules of the club to fav it`s members` artwork. Your artwork would be submitted as a deviation of the club.

Question 2 I left a comment on your page with a link to my art submission, why isn`t it up?
We don`t take submissions through page comments. We do them by devnotes. If it`s not noted to us, then we`re not going to really notice it.

Question 3 I asked to join the club through the page comments, why am I not a member?
We don`t take applications through page comments. We do them by devnotes. If your application wasn`t sent to us through devnote, we`re not really going to notice you.




SECTION III : ARTWORK

Question 1 How often can I submit artwork?
Once a week. However, if the club hasn`t been activated in more than a week, we`d still only submit one of your artwork. This is due to the club owner having a busy schedule & keeps the gallery from being taken over by one member. Give others a chance! XD More or less, one submission per upset.

Question 2 What is your definition of finished work?

You will receive a note from us.

Question 4 Why is my submission smaller than the original?
This is because this club is to provide exposure for other artists. We provide you a link to the original deviation for users to view the full-sized deviation.




SECTION IV : AFFILIATION

Question 1 I have a club I would like to affiliate with.
Once you have our icon in your club`s affiliation list, then note us. We will then add your club to our affiliation list. If we are later removed from your affiliation list, we will remove you from ours.

Question 2 What kinds of clubs do you affiliate with?
Vampire clubs only. Even though we are in the anime style, we will not affiliate with anime clubs.

Question 3 How long will we affiliate?
We keep you on our list as long as you have us on yours.




SECTION V : CONTESTS

Question 1 Will you have contests?
Check contests journal for details of any clubs we might be having.

Question 2 Can I suggest a contest?
By all means! We`re happy to take ideas.

Question 3 As a contest submission, can I use an image I already made instead of drawing up a new one?
Yes & no. It can be a drawing that`s pre-made long as it fits with the contest`s credencials. However, it can`t be an image that you already submitted to the club.



SECTION VI : VICTIM POINTS

Question 1 What are Victim Points?
Victim Points are how many points you earn towards to getting a subscription from the club.

Question 2 How do I earn Victim Points?
You earn 1 Victim Point when you submit a suggestion for which image showed be featured weekly. You earn a Victim Point when you get a friend to join & they mention your username upon their requesting to join. You earn 5 Victim Points when you are a contest winner.

Question 3 How many Victim Points do I need to get in order to get a subscription?
The subscription you get will be 1 month. & you will receive that when you reach 25 Victim Points.




SECTION VII : OTHER

Question 1 My question isn`t here.

Question 2 I no longer want to be a part of this club.
Send a devnote to the club or to the club owner.

Question 3 Can I submit a poll idea?
Yes you can.

Question 4 If I leave the club, what will happen to my art that I submitted?
It will be removed from our gallery & artwork list.

Question 5 I want to help admin the club!
No thank you. I`m doing just fine right now. You can help out in giving ideas if you want & getting people to join but I can`t give you the password & access to the club.

Question 6 Will you fav my deviation?
Only things we will fav are contest submissions, & images that are done by non-club members. Otherwise, we will not be faving things.

Question 7 Why am I not allowed to fav the submissions to the club?
This is because this club is to provide exposure for other artists. We provide you a link to the original deviation for you to fav that.

Question 8 Who/what is our club mascot?
Our club mascot is Void, a dark vampire owned/copyrighted by =djfox-, the club owner.
